We welcome you with open arms.
Congregation Shaarey Tikvah (Gates of Hope) is a vibrant and joyful multi-generational community where members enrich each other’s lives as we come together to worship, study, volunteer, and celebrate holidays and life cycle events. With a membership of just 250 families, there’s lots of room to participate and grow.
Everyone needs a place that accepts and values us for who we are and what we care about. We need a place in our lives where people know us and share with us in finding compelling ideas and significant ideals.
Shaarey Tikvah offers myriad of opportunities to connect and join with each other. Our community is composed of singles, young families, empty nesters, and grandparents. We pray and sing together during each Shabbat and annual Shabbaton; learn together at the Rabbi’s midweek Mishnah classes and our Lunch and Learn line up. We gather together in the sukkah, around the BBQ with Men’s Club, and over a compelling short story with Sisterhood. We engage in acts of lovingkindness for each other, and for the larger community. We can be inspired and create enduring relationships every day of the week.
With our outstanding clergy, professional, and administrative staff, as well as with our amazing lay leadership, our congregation continues to flourish and thrive. Everyone is very committed to helping you engage in synagogue life and deepen your involvement with our community. This synagogue is a place where we can be ourselves, because we are a community that accepts and embraces everyone. Our hope is that Shaarey Tikvah can be your home away from home.
